Refund policy
1. General
Herzton by Julia places great importance on transparency and fairness. This refund policy describes the conditions under which refunds or credits are granted.
2. Cancellations by customers
Up to 30 days before the event: Cancellation is free of charge; payments already made will be fully refunded.
14–29 days before the event: Refund of 50% of the agreed fee.
Less than 7 days before the event: No refund possible, the full amount is due.
3. Rebookings
Rescheduling to a different date is free of charge, subject to individual agreement and if possible. If the desired date is unavailable, the cancellation policy applies.
4. Failure by the provider
Should the provider be unable to perform due to illness or force majeure, the following solutions are offered:
A replacement date (by arrangement), or
a full refund of all payments already made.
5. Non-performance due to force majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, official prohibitions) that make the event impossible to hold, a solution will be sought together. Payments already made can be credited towards a rescheduled date.
6. Refund period
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of confirmation of the cancellation to the original payment method used.
